Looking for Russian Games!

    Hello

    Sorry for not writing in Russian, but my knowledge of your language is quite poor (I can read most of it, but I can't write).

    I'm looking for Russian Games made on Atari 8-bit (400/800/XL/XE), Commodore 64/128, ZX Spectrum and Amstrad CPC. I know that at least few games were made in the beginning of the 90-ties. Unfortunately they are missing now - I can't find any titles, roms, screenshots or information about it.

    If someone know something or he can contact me with the authors of this games I would be very grateful.

    Spectrum and it's soviet-made clones were most popular, because of their relatively cheap prices. I'm not sure about existence of any Russian games for Amstrad or Atari PCs, since these platforms died same time or even before of USSR collapse and they weren't wide-spreaded here.

    Thanks for the info. I know about few games made in Russia on Atari 8-bit (but I don't know the titles), because in 1993-1994 Polish game company Mirage Studio was thinking about releasing games from Russia. Unfortunately, they declined whole 8-bit line, so nothing was published eventually. And all the games have disappeared.

    charlie_cherry, I know that there were some Ataris in Russia and people who did something on them, but much more people had ZX Spectrums, BK0010/11 and so on. Also there were some games for MSX (I even played some of them). Unfortunately there are almost no sites about such games. I recommend you to ask your question on http://zx.pk.ru/ because there are people who actually had all these computers in that days.

    mai, спасибо за ссылку, сразу воспоминания нахлынули, особенно вспомнились Варкрафт, Мортал комбат, UFO и Дюна 2, воссозданные умельцами на хилом спектруме. Помнится, челюсть отпадала от самого факта.

    Black Raven and UFO for ZX Spectrum is must have, and there are really good and pretty logic games likу Pussy: Love story from Titanic and Fire & Ice. And there are new and really good quest-like-RPG named "Viking Quest", very interesting.

    //btw, if Star Heritage is first, than Зеркало aka Mirror is second :) But I really can't understand, how to play adventures, if you are not russian-speaking man...

    Hmm, I don`t understand how to launch Black Raven. All I see is intro, which is pretty cool and smart for its time, but then it starts again from the beginning. How to start the actual game?

    Press 1 just right after game start (anim with Raven flag) - game intro, 2 - start game (demo mode starts, to stop - press Space) and 3 - instructions.
