I've made an account to share this search to the Russian net and make this lost media case more aware, even thought these are Taiwanese media

Accend was a Taiwanese company known for developing MS-DOS Games like Rock 'n Shaolin: Legend of the Seven Paladins 3D released in 1994 and Violent Vengeance: The Universe Hero released in 1995

In 1994, through the Taiwanese Computer Gaming Magazine Softworld in Issue 68, Page 50, it published articles about the upcoming games made on the Build Engine such as...
    • A 'sequel' of Rock 'n Shaolin, named Legend of Liao Tian-Ding 3D, an FPS game set on the Japanese occupation of Taiwan.
    • A racing game named Midnight Racing 3D, which if were released, it would have predated the use of vehicles in Build Engine before Shadow Warrior and Redneck Rampage Rides Again.
    • One horror FPS game named Strange Beast Evil Mansion 3D/Devil from Hell 3D, generic Doom-like clone.
    • Another horror FPS game named Without End 3D, which seems like would have used a powerup that turned the player into a kaiju to ease the fight against the monsters.
The games were lost likely due to either being cancelled, or if they were released, would have been on the Magazine's MegaDisc Demo Batch which came monthly with it, or, as being Taiwanese obscure games, would be totally unknown to international net, thus wouldn't have been properly preserved online.

As by now, the games are currently lost without access, Google searching in Taiwanese language gives almost zero results. The only mention of one of the games being released was on a Taiwanese forum called saraba1st/stage1st that is now defunct and requires access through Internet Archive.

If you have anything to contribute to the search of these games, please do.

I dont' know if you've seen them already, but there's a couple articles in Chinese (first is Traditional and the second is Simplified) that talk about this company:
遊戲產業歷史故事【33】那個宣稱自己做了『德軍總部』和『毀滅公爵』的遊戲小子 – 銀狐 Silver Fox 的碎碎唸
    《摇滚少林系列之七侠五义3D》:当FPS混搭武侠,会发生怎样的化学反应?
It seems that Accend and its founder are somewhat infamous for making big false claims along the line of being "the developers of Doom, Duke Nukem and Wolfenstein".
The second article has even more info about the company's history and the drama that surrounded it.

One interesting tidbit is that they had aquired Apogee's Build Engine and tried to license its usage, plus also wanted to get the rights for distributing Apogee's games in Taiwan. The game Violent Vengeance was offered in exchange, which may or may not be a resking of Sango Fighter that Apogee was looking into releasing in the US, and which Accend presumably stole from the fellow TW company Panda Entertainment who in turn got sued by C&E (where some of Panda's devs came from) for allegedly stealing the source code of Super Fighter. Either way, attempts at licensing deals between Accend and Apogee ultimately fell through, and yet the Build engine still ended up being used for Rock 'n Shaolin without permission.

Apparently, Accend disappeared without a trace rather quickly, so with all things considered it's very likely that all of those games they had been advertising were either cancelled or possibly were never even in developement to begin with and all of the "screenshots" are nothing but mock-ups, unless something else suddenly surfaces like this previously unknown erotic game from them.
